The service

TrendForge AI is an experimental market-research demo operated from Quebec, Canada by [legal entity name — owner to confirm]. It turns keywords into reports that combine public or third-party signals. It is not a Google product, and it is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or investment advice.

This launch is a free demo. Payments are disabled. Paid plan buttons do not activate a subscription and we do not collect payment card details. If paid plans are offered later, these terms will be updated before any charge is made.

Accounts

Some features require a Google sign-in. You must use a Google account you are allowed to use, and you must not try to access another person’s reports, watchlist, or usage by guessing identifiers or editing the address bar. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your signed-in browser session. Sign out on a shared computer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without permission;
• attempt to bypass sign-in, rate limits, or the disabled payment flow;
• overload the service or use it to send unsolicited email;
• upload or submit content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• misrepresent automated or simulated trend data as an official Google Trends feed.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

Data and accuracy

Reports can include estimated, incomplete, or simulated signals, especially when a live data source is not configured. Scores, recommendations, and charts are decision aids. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on before spending money or making a business commitment. Past movement in a signal does not predict future demand.

Your content and our content

You keep whatever rights you have in the keywords and notes you submit. You give us permission to store and display that material so we can provide the service to you. The TrendForge name, interface, and report layout are ours or our licensors’. Don’t copy the product and present it as your own.

Third-party services

Google sign-in is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s terms. Other data sources have their own terms. We are not responsible for those services being unavailable or for changes they make.

Disclaimer and liability

The demo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation, to the extent the law allows. Quebec consumer protections that cannot be waived still apply.

To the extent permitted by law, [legal entity name] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the demo. Because the demo is free, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to CAD $100, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the courts of the district of [judicial district — owner to confirm], Quebec, unless consumer law lets you sue somewhere else.
